Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Create Relevance AI Agent

Create a Relevance AI agent and copy its URL

Create Relevance AI API Key

Create a Relevance AI API key in the Relevance AI integrations settings, and save the Authorization token

Access Integration

From your Pactory dashboard, go to “Add New Agent” and select “Relevance AI”

Configure Basic Settings

Fill in the standard agent configuration fields (name, description, etc.)

Configure Integration

Enter your Relevance AI-specific configuration:
  • Agent URL
  • Authorization token

Publish your agent

Set privacy to “Public”

Test Connection

Send a test message to verify the integration is working properly
